Extended Day

Our after school care program provides a safe, relaxing environment for students. After Care is a time for rest, play, snacks and socializing.

School hours are from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Primary students will end between 1:30PM-3:00PM depending on age/energy balance. At 1:30PM parents of Primary students may have the option to pick-up students or have them go to Extended Day from 1:30-3:30 with no extra charge. Extended Day will last until 6:00 PM. We will have the following Extended Day Options:

Contractual

Parents may enter into contracts for our program for specific days of the week, choosing either early pick up (care from 3-4:30) or later pick up (care from 3-6pm). As families determine which enrollment option works best for you, we ask that you consider the age and temperament of your youngster. Some students function best with an early pick up.

Selecting Options

Please select the days and times you require care for contractual Extended Day. Please select either 4:30 pm or 6:00 pm pick-up time for a specific day of week. This allows us to plan staff accordingly. Contract changes need to be made in writing. If a form is submitted with no pick up time(s) indicated, a 6pm pick up time will be assumed. Service selections pertain to the full school year.

**Drop-in Extended Day attendance will be calculated weekly, and you will be billed monthly.

Drop in Service

Students not scheduled to attend Extended Day by contract may attend as drop-ins and no contract is required. Extended Day should be indicated on the morning check-in sheet in the child’s classroom. If a parent is unsure that a child is aware of his or her Extended Day attendance or if the child’s dismissal plan has changed to Extended Day, parents should make the School office aware of the change. Drop-in Extended Day attendance will be calculated weekly, and you will be billed monthly. Cost per drop-in is $10 from 3:00 PM-4:30 PM and $20 from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM
