Upper Elementary Education Designer
Much of Mrs. Northcutt's teaching experience was in South Korea, where she taught in a public high school and private kindergarten. She believes working abroad pushed her to grow as a professional. She is proud to be able to bring an international approach to lessons to expand her students' understanding of the world.
She loves the creative and in-depth activities that teachers are able to bring to developing lessons and curriculum at The Delta School. Her most rewarding experience has been the students' positive engagement with a lesson that she has had the opportunity to create, start to finish. This is not an experience she has had in other schools and believes it to be unique to The Delta School.
