What are strengths? They are more than just interests or passions—both of which can change as you grow. Strengths are the activities you engage in that give you energy. When you do them, you feel good, motivated and engaged. When learners discover which activities allow them to feel this energetic boost, they recognize where they can make a meaningful contribution to a project, a relationship or a problem.
